We were sent to RK Trans by another shop because of a computer/transmission problem with our older model Toyota. Despite several failed attempts caused by faulty computers supplied by a car computer company that we had contacted, Robert stayed the course over several weeks until the job was completed successfully. The communications were excellent at all times, and Robert took the time to explain the issues clearly and answer all of our (many!) questions. We are very impressed by all aspects of RK Trans and will definitely use their services in the future.

RK Trans did an outstanding job repairing and rebuilding the transmission in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Robert and the staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed my problems and efficiently and courteously repaired them. Great Job! A mechanic you can trust. They only fix what is wrong, not what is $$$. I highly recommend taking your car in for a 1st or 2nd opinion here whenever you notice something going wrong with your vehicle.

No one likes to have car trouble... but they truly took the time to ease my anxieties as well as respectfully educate me on the issues my vehicle was having and how I can try to prevent future problems. They were able to get my car in quickly, diagnose the problems and fix the issues within a very reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. RK communicated with me about everything during the entire process, I was never in the dark and no question I had was left unanswered.
