We were sent to RK Trans by another shop because of a computer/transmission problem with our older model Toyota. Despite several failed attempts caused by faulty computers supplied by a car computer company that we had contacted, Robert stayed the course over several weeks until the job was completed successfully. The communications were excellent at all times, and Robert took the time to explain the issues clearly and answer all of our (many!) questions. We are very impressed by all aspects of RK Trans and will definitely use their services in the future.

RK Trans did an outstanding job repairing and rebuilding the transmission in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Robert and the staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed my problems and efficiently and courteously repaired them. Great Job! I recommend them for transmission services and other auto repair as well.

A mechanic you can trust. They only fix what is wrong, not what is $$$. I highly recommend taking your car in for a 1st or 2nd opinion here whenever you notice something going wrong with your vehicle.

RK Trans & Auto repair has such high reviews for a reason. Their customer service during my recent visits with them went above and beyond expectation. No one likes to have car trouble... but they truly took the time to ease my anxieties as well as respectfully educate me on the issues my vehicle was having and how I can try to prevent future problems. They were able to get my car in quickly, diagnose the problems and fix the issues within a very reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. RK communicated with me about everything during the entire process, I was never in the dark and no question I had was left unanswered. In fact, they were happy to sit and take the time to answer any and all questions that I had! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to RK for all of my regular maintenance needs as well as for any other minor or major repair situations that may arise. This is the kind of place you want to take your vehicle Robert is a very honest and straight up person. I had some rear end work done on my work van by Robert I had a really tight schedule to meet I needed it back the next day to continue working, he stayed late just to finish up my vehicle so I could have it back, really awesome shop and I will be recommending everyone I know that needs any kind of work done on there vehicle! I would highly recommend this place. I am a female who's been looking for a place to take my 09 Toyota Camry to for a maintenance and not feel I am getting ripped off. I was very happy with the service. Everyone was polite even Robin in the office.

Had Dodge truck transmission rebuilt in September 2015. It still shift and pulls very smoothly. The hesitation that it had when first starting out is still gone. I would recommend R&K to anyone who is in need of a transmission repair. Their cost was also very competitive.
