Amazing! I cannot describe how much I appreciated the service and work at Real World. They know what they are doing and they stand behind their work. I was having transmission issues less than a year after another shop did a rebuild, it was ridiculous. Just go to Real World first! They were so helpful and patient and went above and beyond to help me.

Tim was very informative and answered all my questions. I felt he Gave me his honest opinion on everything that he looked at on my truck. I plan to use them again

I had just moved to Raleigh and trans threw a code. Took it to Real World Automotive and thought my trans was going to have to be rebuilt. These guys diagnosed it rite away to a melting wiring harness! Took pictures and everything and texted me rite away with an estimate to repair. They explained everything they needed to do and were very patient at answering all my questions and concerns. They tested everything to make sure I was good to go and I was back up and running 2 days later! Extremely happy with their service! Very Honest and Fair prices! Will definitely be taking my ride back to RWA!

I was very impressed by everyone. They were very upfront about the things that needed to be done. Tim called to let me know what he thought but in no way pressured me. They fixed the problem just the way he said. Also Dixie was wonderful about me calling numerous times she was very kind. I would recommend this business to anyone.
