I went to keffer dodge in Charlotte and was told I needed a $12k new transmission and that no work would be preformed if I didn't get it. Brought it here, was told I didn't need it and that it could be worked on. I am currently VERY happy with the work and services preformed. I have to drive to California so I will update once there.

Robert runs the kind of shop most of us hope for — not just honest and fair, but he’s also extremely knowledgeable and just a super nice guy. I brought him a problem with an old car - a problem it turns out I created when I was doing my own work on it, and he listened to me carefully when I brought it in.
