Great, thorough service and Robert is always forthcoming about answering questions and explaining costs.

Had my 2008 Fusion transmission replaced in July 2021. Very professional and most of all very thorough. After the inspection of the issue a detailed summary of the options to rebuild or replace with a new one. (vs just a rebuild) We got the replacement. Told us to drive it a couple of weeks to brake it in and bring it back for an inspection to make sure there were no leaks. (Yes! they do that) Highly recommend RK Transmission and Auto Repair. Great staff and most all good people!

5-Star! Robert at RK Trans & Auto was terrific in service and in communication and on pricing. His biggest problem is that he goes through times of being very, very busy--because he and his team are very good. He was very helpful to us in dealing with our older car with as transmission problem.

Robert always gets the job done correctly. To bad Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland is made like crap. Engineered to fail.

Had to return my car. No problems at all, the mechanical engineer reviewed the problem and repaired at no additional cost. A company standing behind/beside their warranty. Definitely would recommend and will bring other car for repairs if needed.

I received a transmission fault warning and feared the worst. RK Transmission did a thorough diagnostic and found it was a sensor that needed to be replaced. They are very communicative and take the time to explain the issue. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure doing business with Robert. The transmission was repaired and was told that if there were any problems, they would correct them. It turned out that there was a slight leak. Brought the car back and they went out of their way to repair it. Car is running fine now. After experiencing the quality work on my transmissions, I'm sure that their other auto repairs is of the same high quality. I liked dealing with a shop that is not part of a national chain. I would highly recommend RK Trans to anyone in need of transmission repair.
