Was referred to Tim and his shop when my transmission went up on my truck. Since then I've had to have my truck in the shop for another issue. Can't recommend Real World Auto enough, professional, effective communication, and will go the extra mile to make sure you are back on the road.

After years of frustration with my 2011 Honda Pilot squeaking over every bump, I finally found Real World Automotive. Tim diagnosed the issue immediately, replaced the part, and now my car rides like new! He's also saved me thousands by inspecting potential purchases and steering me away from problematic vehicles. Honest, skilled, and efficient - exactly what you want in a mechanic. Highly recommended!

They do a great job on all our vans and trucks to get them in and out at a timely manner for my employees can get back to work. They know if we aren’t on the road we aren’t making money. So very mindful with business fleets and very professional.

We were headed back home to WI after moving my daughter to the area, my vehicle broke down 5 mins before we were set to make the 16 hour drive home. I called other places and they said it would be a week before they could even look at it, but Real World Automotive got my vehicle in and fixed in less than 24 hours, absolutely grateful for whatever changes they were able to make in their schedule to help us out. Highly recommend. Found their business on Yelp. I had a VW with what I thought to be a transmission issue and called to get a quote. After speaking with Tim he suggested I bring it in for them to diagnose the issue. They looked at it the next day and sent me a quote. Tim called and we went through it line by line. Turns out it wasn’t the transmission but two cylinders were misfiring. They made the necessary repairs and had my car back within two business days. They answered questions without making me feel I was a bother. Glad I have found a shop who can work on my VW besides the dealer. Awesome group of guys. Thank you Tim and Rich. I’ll be back!!
