My pick up truck had a transmission problem and the service rendered by RK Trans was impeccable.. Robert and his staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and took the time constantly informing me the updates. On my way to their shop, my truck stalled and had to be towed. RK Trans immediately diagnosed the problem and installed a new alternator. After these services performed, my truck is in top shape and riding it with a peace of mind.. Although, the shop is quite of a distance from me, I will make it a point to visit them for my future auto maintenance needs. Thank you for the great service.. Bravo!!!

Brought my sons truck in to look at AC unit and it need a new compressor, while Robert was fixing he noticed two other issues that needed fixing which he took care of. He stayed in contact with me through the entire process and was done in one day. The next day the AC was not working, called him up and stopped by and he diagnosed it and fixed it and working perfect since. He said if you have any issues, please let me know and bring it back. He warranties his work for one year or 12,000 miles.... He made this easy, enjoyable, and understable - I highly recommend RK Trans.. Thank you Robert.

I have never met a person more passionate about their business. Robert is first class. I went here with a transmission problem and he gave me a detailed explanation on what was happening with my car. When he saw me getting lost on his explanation, he pulled out a diagram and showed me exactly what he was he was talking about. He was honest, polite and respectful. I would highly recommend using his services.

These people are amazing, i recently had issues with my transmission and sent it to another shop to "rebuild" it since it was under warranty. When it was returned to me I did not have confidence in the other shops repairs. I sent it over to Robert and sure enough Robert and the guys found some issues with the other shops repair. Robert treated me fair and redid the ENTIRE job. After that the car ran perfect and shifted smoothly. Than I developed a small leak from one of the seals. Robert once again stepped up and replaced that seal for me under warranty. His communication with me was quick and friendly and efficient. I am glad that he does the work that he does and I enjoy having a transmission guy for the times where I need work! I recommend him to anyone I can. (Keep in mind I took my car almost an entire hour away from where I live to him b/c I had faith he could do the right job, I passed several other shops that could have done the work but I know not as good) If you need transmission repair or other work and are in his area, go to him!

Robert and his team worked to correct an issue with my Ford truck. I was convinced I had a transmission problem, they followed the diagnostic codes and discovered I had bad ignition coil packs instead. They replaced the coil packs and my truck is running great now.

I work out of town and my water pump went. They were friendly and upfront with me. They gave me a ride back to my hotel and picked me up when the work was completed. Through out the process I got numerous emails updating my cars status. I would definitely recommend them.
