I was upset about a faulty repair from another shop.Rob listened to me when he didn't make a dime off me,and offered suggestions.i finally got tired of the run around " warranty" of the franchise transmission shop.Rob got me straightened out.No run around or wasted money. Only money I wasted was at the franchise shop. Never again. Ty so much.
