They were super easy to deal with and there Costomer service was top tier. My transmission was replaced in a timely manner and functions as it’s supposed to. Hard to find good shops that do good work and is easy to deal with. This is one of those shop. Would recommend to anyone needing quality transmission work

Was so impressed with the time Robert took to talk to us on the phone prior to taking our cat in. Once there, the staff were very friendly. We left our vehicle there after being quoted $1500-$5000 by the Nissan Dealership. $600 later, we have our car back and it appears to be running fine. The feedback we got through their automated system let us know the results each step of the way. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with RK Trans. I expressed to Robert what I was going through and how my new 2018 Ford Edge motor went with only 40k miles. I also explained that my 96 dodge was leaking transmission fluid and not in the best condition but it was my only way to get around and how the expense with Lyft and uber was insane!!! , Robert was so empathetic and responsive to my need , I dropped my truck of Friday and he fixed my issue and had my truck driverable and ready to pick up on a Sunday for me to get to work on Monday . I can’t express enough how great of service it was!!! Even to explaining Things in detail and sending it in an email ! I will definitely be back!!! Check him out he is Amazing !!!!!
