Service was excellent... Diagnosed the problems and fixed everything that he found. Had problems with one of his vendors supplying him with the wrong parts. Changed vendor and obtained the correct parts to finish the jobs. Highly recommend RK for all of your auto repairs not just transmission repairs!!

Robert found that our transmission problem might be covered under warranty and referred us to the Ford dealership. We are waiting for results!
