I've been searching for a shop to replace the transfer case in my 2013 Grand Cherokee. I dropped my vehicle off overnight, received a call and quote the following day, and in less than a week, I'm back on the road. The service was fantastic, and they had a remarkable turn around time to boot. Every staff member I spoke with was professional and courteous, and they seem to take a great deal of pride in their work. I cannot recommend RK Trans & Auto highly enough. If you are having drivetrain issues, or car troubles in general, this should be your first and only stop.
